(Three-quarters of returns, since only items purchased and returned to the store are eligible for free returns!) The Aix store is completely unreachable! What's the point of having a phone number? "AVOID Very disappointed with this store. I went back the next day to request a refund for a dress that didn't fit, but they refused. The saleswoman had strongly encouraged me to buy it the day before, insisting it was the last size, without ever mentioning the return policy. As a result, they offered no solution other than a credit note, which I didn't request. A truly deplorable customer experience."

"Brand to ban. It's a shame to make down jackets with a raccoon or fox collar like your dalya model. Poor animals exploited solely for their fur. In 2024 we need to get with the times. Your clothes are beautiful, but there are no ethics."
