"An exceptional welcome. I needed to exchange an item and didn't have the receipt. The manager spent a considerable amount of time calling the store where I had made the purchase. She didn't give up, and the call lasted a good 30 minutes. Bravo! I greatly appreciated this service and the kindness of each of the sales assistants. I highly recommend this store, which, in addition to the charming staff, offers a wide selection of very good quality clothing. Ideally located on the main street."

"The in-store experience was perfect. I was advised by a dynamic young saleswoman (the one with the brown shoes)! The store is clean, and from the reception desk to the checkout, they guide you without rushing you! So I don't understand some of the comments. See you soon,"

"The customer experience was really poor. The saleswoman was very unpleasant; you almost feel like you're bothering her. I came to buy a gift for a friend's birthday. I only bought a t-shirt and went to a competitor where the service and welcome were much better. It's a shame because I like this brand and the collections are always tastefully designed. Next time, I'll either shop online or at another store in the chain."
