"I was given a dress 10 days after purchase, so I only had 4 days to change it. I couldn't go right away and I was 5 days late. The saleswoman wouldn't listen, telling me that it was the system that decided. She also added that "in other stores you have a month but with us it's 14 days." Deplorable."
