"The products are impressively durable, and the service in the store is always so pleasant. My husband will be getting a new The North Face backpack for Christmas to replace the one he's been using for 37 years and which he still uses almost every day. "I purchased a backpack and after seeing it online 15 minutes after purchase i went back inside to return or ask them to price latch. They rudely said no and that they dont accept returns. Shop online for a better experience"
