He was very helpful, always finding a way to resolve it quickly, so that I wouldn't be left without a computer. He lent me one of his test batteries for several days/weeks, trusting me, which allowed me to work with my computer while resolving my problem at the same time. The final fees were very, very low compared to the friendliness, professionalism, and altruism of this technician. Go for it!"
