"I feel uncomfortable because of an employee (maybe the owner, I don't know) who behaves differently when I buy clothes than when I don't. He was friendly when I bought a coat last winter, but today, after trying it on without buying anything, his attitude changed. I'm disappointed."

"I purchased a lovely silk scarf for 125 Euros. I asked for the paperwork for the VAT tax and I was told I had to spend 300 Euros or more in order to get it. I bought a pair of gloves in Italy that were 90 Euros and was given the paperwork without issue. Thank you."

"Hello, I went to your store to buy an item of clothing as a gift for my wife, a customer of yours. What a disappointment… The young woman gave me a poor welcome and wasn't very friendly, even unprofessional. To this day, I've always been very satisfied with Tara Jarmon's staff. A young, brunette woman, very competent and offering excellent advice, took excellent care of us. I was told she was no longer with the company. What a shame… The store staff has changed."
