"I bought a Bee Valentina bracelet, and despite the care I take with all my jewelry, it completely oxidized. I contacted customer service three times, but they didn't even bother to respond. I do not recommend this brand or this poor-quality brand."

"I bought a bracelet online. They never answer my mail. I received the package but not the product I paid. I had to open a conflict throght PayPal. It is unbearable. And they surely have An insurance to save these kind of accident. Never happened to me."
