"I was interested in a model online. I called to check its availability in store, and a charming saleswoman told me that the model I wanted (in black) was only available in beige. I replied that I would come by to try them on and then order the black model online accordingly. She, in a very pleasant tone (🙃), replied that she wasn't promoting the internet. So, someone will have to explain to me, since when do you refuse to allow a customer to try on a model on the pretext that I wouldn't buy it in their store but on their website?! No worries, I wouldn't go try them on. In Aix-en-Provence, there's no shortage of shoe stores, but let me tell you, hospitality and customer service are what you're lacking."

"Frankly, this shop is really not great. There's very little choice considering the size, and the layout and presentation of the shoes need improvement. And especially the service... I've been to this shop twice. The first time, I thought it was just the saleswoman's off day (a fairly young brunette), and the second time, it was the same saleswoman, just as unpleasant, who only smiled, almost forcing it, once you'd paid. Not to mention that Saturday, July 23rd, when this saleswoman was arguing with a young man—a very unprofessional attitude in front of customers. I'll buy my shoes online next time."
