"I had a very bad experience at the Swatch store in Aix-en-Provence this Sunday morning (December 7, 2025). Opening time not respected: The website indicated a 10:00 AM opening (the time I arrived), but the store didn't actually open until 11:00 AM. This is the first disappointing point. Incomprehensible stock management: I was there for the limited edition "MOONSHINE." While I was well-positioned in line (4th), a sales assistant came out and stated that there were "at least five watches" available, managing the queue based on this number. After the store opened, the three customers ahead of me were served one at a time. Between the opening (11:00 AM) and the moment someone finally came to see me, I waited an additional 40 minutes outside the store. When it was my turn, I was told it was SOLD OUT. I don't blame the limited stock, but I question the basic intelligence and sales skills of this saleswoman: she only needed to be able to count to three to understand that there was nothing left for me. Making me wait almost an hour after the stock was clearly depleted is pure and simple contempt for customers. If you can't provide basic customer service, manage a queue, and clearly communicate remaining stock (which is fundamental to any business), you don't belong in retail. Walk away. Such disrespectful customer service is unworthy of the Swatch brand."

"Outraged by the lack of professionalism in this shop. How can they treat their potential customers like this? We came this morning to buy the "Moonwatch" special edition, of which the shop can only sell a limited quota each day it snows in Switzerland (utter nonsense, but they call it marketing). At 10:00, the shop's opening time as advertised on their website and on the display, there were already three people ahead of us for the same watch. We learned that the shop actually didn't open until 11:00, for reasons unknown. At 10:45, the saleswoman came out and asked who was there to buy the watch. She said she could guarantee five, but perhaps no more. At 11:00, the shop opened and the first customer entered. At 11:10, she came back out to say that there might be fewer watches than expected, but "we'll see depending on sales." Yet she knows exactly who's waiting there to buy that watch… Anyway, we keep waiting, and at 11:40, just as the third customer comes in, she comes back out to say there aren't any left…!!! Are you kidding us, Madam? You've known since 11:10 that you only have 3 watches, unless you can't count to 3, and you still make us wait for nothing?!!! What kind of sales ethics do you have? That you only have 3 watches to sell isn't your fault, but making us wait outside for nothing for 40 minutes is… that's outrageous and counterproductive. Instead of creating excitement, you're creating negative publicity because I won't be returning to your shop or even to your brand anytime soon… Bravo!!"

"A week after the release of Blancpan Swatch they don't know something basic for a scuba watch as if the crown can be screwed in the reason is they didn't have them yet in their store !?! On the other hand he knew that to have one I need to come at 5 am, this was a certain information :))) I gave more than 1 star because Swatch was my first watch , good buildt quality, lovely design"
