"I went to this shop to have the ear pads replaced on my Bose headphones. They seemed to have no problem getting the product (at the list price), and there would be a €20 labor charge for installation. It's simply a matter of unclipping the old pads and clipping the new ones in... I expressed my surprise, but since I hadn't bought my headphones from them, they were "tired" of handling after-sales service for other retailers."
