"NO BUSINESS SOUL!! Online order placed for a birthday on September 18, today is September 29 and the order supposed to have arrived in "3 to 5 days" is still being "prepared", no news despite 2 calls and an email sent to find out where the order is and now a ruined birthday present, if the products are not in stock they might as well be out of stock on the site..."
