"Poor quality shoes! I bought shoes for my wedding and I regret it: when I got home the shoe was like it had been animated and then repainted in white. I went back and the lady gave me another pair with rust on the buckle and a damaged heel, simply saying: I received them like that, I'm not going to check each pair! I can't get a refund, I'll never set foot in that store again!"

"A shoe shop worth knowing about in Aix-en-Provence. The manager gave me a wonderful welcome, taking the time to advise me and help me choose two pairs of shoes for my mother. I also recommend it for women's summer shoes. My mother is completely satisfied."

"During my last visit over a year ago, the manager and her daughter spoke to me very rudely while I was trying on my third pair of shoes, asking if I intended to try on every pair in the store, even though I was being polite, as usual. Appalling. I advise you to look elsewhere in stores where both the shoes and the service will be of good quality, unless there's been a change of ownership—you never know, their rudeness might have backfired on them."
