But there's one store whose welcome is beyond cheerful and welcoming, and that's, of course, the Rouge Gorge store in the Jas de Bouffan shopping center. "a superb saleswoman, very pleasant, very smiling, who advises and takes the time... But I bought a bathrobe which in 4 days the pocket came unstitched when I complained to the manager she was indifferent, a shame for the seriousness of the brand. No excuses, nothing, it's not serious for an item that costs €50"

"I love this store. The welcome is warm but not at all intrusive. The sales assistants are available when you need them. They accompany you and advise you. The products are of good quality and the prices are quite affordable. For the same price as in other stores, you benefit from real advice and quality products."
