"The leather and soles are not good enough to be sold in their price. Sketchy made. Even the store has a great location and many colors to choose, these’s no point to shop there now. The products are not high-end for sure, what we want is at least some passable service, but you cannot find it at Repetto. One sales girl is too desperate to sell products when she has no knowledge about selling shoes. The worse is she has no basic manners and keeps offending people, every single time! She’s not aware of the differences of leathers, sole materials; she doesn’t even know well about her own brand’s size of each type of shoes. We can see it’s a chronic problem for their employee trainings. For several times she acts in that way, this ruins shopping experience and damage this brand, no more purchase from Repetto."
