"My husband and I (from the USA) were eating at a restaurant and the waitress dropped a plate on my husband's phone. It cracked the screen badly and his phone would no longer respond. We contacted this company to see if they could repair it and they had to check for the right part so he said he would call back. When he tried to call back, he could not get through, so he actually came to our hotel!! This is amazing customer service."

"Excellent and fast! We urgently needed help with an iPhone battery issue late Saturday night, we are traveling, and were worried that we would not find a place to repair before Monday. We made an appointment and we now have a functioning phone. Highly recommend! Very efficient and nice!"
