"I took my watch for repair and service in August of 2024. I was told that in a week, I should receive an estimate, and normally should take 6-8 weeks for everything. I did not receive the estimate the following week. Four weeks later, finally I received the estimate. When I send that back to them, I wrote them that I should have received the estimate in a week, not in four weeks, and no communication about that. That was not assuring me at all. Not surprisingly, 6-8 weeks later, no information. In March 2025, nearly 7 months later, I got a call from them, and they left a voice message saying that my watch has been done since December that they called me. That was not true. They may have called me in December, but did not leave a voice message; at that point, it is the same as not informing me at all from my perspective. So, I went to pick it up last week. I told them everything I knew. I even told them that I cannot say I can recommend to service a watch to anybody at all. In fact, it would probably have been quicker for me to drive to Geneve and have my watch serviced there. In short, I do not recommend them to have anybody's watch serviced there."

"I visited this family owned boutique in Jan 2025, amongst many other in France. Perhaps by fate or chance or chemistry, I really liked the vibe of the shop and the very handsome, talented, friendly and knowledgeable young man Clement that attended to us. We run multiple home businesses so we kinda prefer the homely family business personal vibe, which we felt at the store. They have many brands to choose from depending on your style and feel. We were shown several watches and picked our favourite! As a result, I purchased 2 watches here, one for my wife and one for me to celebrate our wedding coming Dec 2025 - something we will keep for decades to come. It was the first time I swiped my card for a large purchase; and there was some issue with my cards and I only managed to pay for 10,000 euros on that day. It was quite embarrassing but Clement was very understanding, he even went above and beyond to meet me the next day on his off day to finalize the sale for the remaining amount and to collect the watches (as I was heading off from Aix already). I felt safe despite paying 10,000 euros and went back to the hotel as it was past closing time. Very trustworthy shop with good safe practices and respectful service! Looks like both of us went through a very unique and memorable experience! Haha. I wish your shop booming business for this coming year and many years to come; and also safety and smooth operations! We will definitely visit you guys next time we tour the south of france, this time towards Nice and Monaco!"

"Bought multiple pieces from this store, the service was excellent. They always have great advises and give you time to make your decision. Karima is the expert and the team is very good as well. Highly recommend this trusted boutique."

"The only trusted watch & jewelry retailer in the south of France. I came multiple times and had a great service. They have a large choice of high end horological timepieces. They have also a second store with some jewelry such as Chaumet, Chopard etc… however, take a look at their own creations, they’re fantastic."

"We were looking for a two tone ladies watch. They did not have any. They had a Mens Yatchmasters on sale and they were marked 50% above Rolex retail price. For example the Yatchmaster 42 White gold that retails at Euro 32k, I was quoted around Euro 45K. Moreover. The staff member had a pathetic attitude. Totally disinterested and unwelcoming. Was on his phone and seemed annoyed when we asked anything. The least they can do is to smile and and show some interest. This is my first visit to France. Overall, my experiences in stores have been amazingly good. The Rolex store in St Tropez also did not have much to offer but my overall experience and interaction was amazing. Lot of warmth and friendliness. This one in Aix de Provence was by far the worst experience in any establishment. I have a hard time believing that top brands like Rolex, Cartier, Bulgaria, Hublot etc would let such people, who lack basic mannerism and etiquette, to be a face to customers."
