"I would like to commend the exceptional professionalism of the staff at this boutique, and in particular Laurence. I had contacted Chanel Paris to have a Chanel Crush bracelet repaired… As I live in Aix-en-Provence, I was referred to the Raynal boutique on Rue Fabrot… A misdirection, as Raynal only carries Chanel watches. No matter, Laurence kindly offered to send the bracelet to Chanel in Paris free of charge. The bracelet returned a few weeks later, completely restored, without me having to leave my home… A HUGE THANK YOU! I will now remember where to buy my jewelry as gifts. Roger Villeneuve"
