"The service needs improvement; the salesperson was pushy and eager to upsell. Perhaps they had a sales target for that watch... In any case, this salesperson clearly didn't want to be there. I overheard them pressuring other customers to leave positive reviews on Google. They're definitely trying to improve their image!
