"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Such a beautiful shopping experience in Aix-en-Provence! The store is charming, beautifully organized, and full of high-quality Marseille soaps and natural skincare products. I was especially happy with the variety of scents and textures — a perfect balance between tradition and modern care. Special thanks to Nolwenn, who made the visit truly memorable. Her customer service was absolutely wonderful — helpful, kind, and spoke perfect English. She took time to explain everything and made both myself and my two girls feel welcome and cared for. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Aix — whether you’re shopping for gifts or simply want something lovely for yourself!"

"Rampal Latour is a very nice store! It was perfect to get gifts for friends and family from for when I travel back home. The Lady working was super nice she gives a lot of information on the soaps how they are made and goes into detail on the difference between the choices. It’s also super helpful that she speaks English and French! I will be going back to see what else they have and buy some more gifts to send back home!"

"So many lovely soaps and scents but I’m so happy I could find purely natural soaps without scents since I can be allergic to chemical fragrances. The lady was helpful and spoke English. She explained everything very well. We could even tests the soaps. I really wish they had stock of their soap magnets for the wall. I love that they also had gorgeous travel containers for the soaps."

"We discovered this soap in our hotel in Aix and then happened upon the shop on the cutest shopping street in Aix. The salesperson, Nolwenn, was very helpful and kind. We wish we could ship to the US but we stocked up and hope to be able to return someday!"
