"A disappointing experience on Mother's Day. Upon our arrival, the saleswoman ignored us, serving customers who had arrived after us. When it was finally our turn, she rudely asked us to ask our companions to leave. When we remained silent, she condescendingly added, "What, he doesn't speak French?" We felt like we weren't being treated as potential customers, perhaps because of our young age. It's a shame, as it wasn't our first time shopping there!"

"Bouquet of roses faded after the 4th day, for a bouquet costing €30 it will already have to go in the trash. The flowers are not fresh and do not last. The packaging was not particularly pretty and the bouquet was very simple with only rose and eucalyptus, I expected better"
