"Very happy with the sale of a washing machine: the technician came the same day when my washing machine broke down, after 13 or 14 years of good operation. As the drum axle was broken and the machine was beyond repair, I was able to order the model of my choice, at the same price as in the big brands, and it was delivered and installed at my home 3 days later. I recommend this store without hesitation, for the welcome and the professionalism!"

"A drop-off store that refuses parcels because there's not enough space and tells you it's the post office that's not delivering... outrageous! I didn't get my Christmas presents on time! The post office told me that the store had refused, and of course you tell customers it's the post office!!!! My small package (bag) was refused!!! So stop being a drop-off store, at least during the holiday season, be honest, sir!"

"I don't know what this store is worth for household appliances. But as for the parcel relay, it's a disaster!!! They received my package 10 days ago. While on vacation, I called to see if they had it and sent someone to pick it up, but they told me no twice. When we returned from our vacation, my husband went to the store, and they supposedly still didn't have it! I had to file a complaint with the seller, and I was this close to asking for a refund with the carrier. And finally, today I went there, and they'd had it since July 12! Not a word of apology, no explanation; they let me leave without saying anything!"
