"The old lady's welcome is just appalling. You really get the feeling you're bothering her. When you're dealing with customers, you have a duty to be pleasant, regardless of your own circumstances. I used to come here to pick up my packages, but never again. I was yelled at for daring to complain about only getting one package out of two, and she told me I had to sort it out myself, even though it's her responsibility to check if she's receiving the correct packages. They really need to rethink their customer service because it's unacceptable."

"I've had my packages delivered to this store for years, where I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman or young man without any delivery issues. Today I received a very rude reception from a very unpleasant woman who told me my package had arrived today but that she couldn't find it, leaving me without any apology or solution. I had to report the problem with this relay point to the seller's website (I had to confirm delivery before October 14th). I hope to be reimbursed. I will never return to this relay point again, as it loses packages without even apologizing!"

"I think this the shop you can buy milk or any other groceries when almost others are closed around this area. Open till late and nice customer service!"
