"A little disappointed with this store, which had made me dream before... I bought a ring with my partner a little before Christmas. So far, so good. My partner gave it to me for Christmas, I wore it, and less than a week later, a stone fell out of the ring. So I decided to return the ring, and they told me there was an exorbitant return wait of 3 weeks to 1 month for a stone....since it was my engagement ring, I decided to leave it with them anyway (the saleswoman promised to send it quickly to the supplier so I could get it back as soon as possible). I said I would receive a text message when the ring arrived. Two weeks later, I went back to the store because I don't remember giving my phone number. I checked that, by chance, the ring hadn't arrived earlier... Spoiler alert: no. The saleswoman told me to wait for the text message and didn't check the phone number... Today, I went back to the store and repeated the message. The same thing happened to the saleswoman, who also told me I was supposed to receive a text message, but she checked it anyway. When I told her that if I didn't receive my ring within a week, I'd request a refund, she noticed that my ring arrived on Friday and looked at the phone number, and it was a 09 number. In short, the only thing I blame this brand for is the excessively long return delay (you should pass this message on to head office), and the fact that the saleswomen didn't check the phone number four times (when I purchased it, when I returned it, when I first came, and today). Otherwise, the welcome and the sale were perfect, thank you very much."

"Hello, My name is Niloufar Chayne, the manager of C&A in Aix-en-Provence. My store is near the jewelry store. I'll introduce myself so you can understand the situation and the problem. I went to see the saleswoman at the jewelry store to ask for information about my bracelet. The saleswoman spoke to me so rudely that I think she deserves a bad review on Google. I simply asked a question about my bracelet and explained that I'd already met another saleswoman (super nice), and she told me, "Okay, no worries. You can come by later and we'll help you. We'll repair your bracelet." Today, I met another saleswoman who actually kicked me out of the store even though I introduced myself well and explained my request clearly. I'm very, very disappointed. It's unfortunate that we meet people like this these days, especially around Christmas. Sincerely"

"Very disappointed with Piery; multiple problems encountered: on their website, the bracelet I bought indicated 24K, but I received 9K!!! And a gold chain received with a huge knot.... Piery's management has not contacted me following my complaints... Really not serious. I strongly advise against it."
