"Photo booth machine on the left (obviously without reference...) Out of 13 prints, 5 came out and the order was canceled. I contacted after-sales service and the lady hung up on me because I didn't have a reference on the machine then during my second call, the gentleman was a little more helpful in trying to find the reference using the places but could do nothing except tell me to check my bank account if the direct debit was made in full, a refund will be made. I still have a doubt because there is no trace of the payment and the prints made. It will be impossible for me to prove my good faith. Run away!"

"RUN AWAY AND AVOID FOR OFFICIAL PHOTOS! I had passport photos taken in this photo booth (8 euros!!), but the photos are of very poor quality. When I went to get my passport renewed, the town hall staff told me to have them redone because there was a line on the photos and they are not accepted in the passport system. As a result, I had to have them redone in their photo booth on site (5 euros), very good quality and cheaper! The Géant photo booth is absolutely not maintained, avoid it to save time and not waste money for nothing."

"Already 6 euros is expensive, contactless for the credit card does not work, the 5 euro note does not work, the 20 cent coins do not work, I struggle to find the change for 30 minutes, to end up with a very dark photo (printing problem, because the preview on the screen was good), I tried to make the CNI with this photo, it was refused, I have to start the procedure all over again. In short, I am pissed off. (Yet I am not Belgian)"
