"I don’t recommend to have deals with this brand. They took my money ~80€ and my goods! And I don’t have nothing. Horrible experience They really made dirty things. I ask the administration to contact me, or give me some email Where could I contact to for find my money, otherwise I will contact the Financial Ombudsman and the consumer protection service. I returned an item (a pair of pants costing ~80€ it’s not cheap item at all) to the store on February 24, 2025, but I still have not received my refund. It has been over 47 days, and the money has not been refunded. I have all proofs of my purchase and return. After returning the item, I contacted the store, and I was told that the return process could take up to 45 days. However, by the time I reached out, it had already been more than 47 days, and I still haven’t received my refund. I have tried to contact the store, but I have not received any response. Ps: I left comment with this experience in official account OYSHO in instagram . And they removed it really quickly. There was also another peoples with same experience in comments. And OYSHO only responded on good comments. Ignoring and deleting the bad one."

"Salesperson (lady) behavior here is unbelievable. They sell nice items but should fire this sales representative, not service minded at all and very grumpy to everyone. Bought 10 items but not able to refund one item one hour later. Returned it because fitting rooms where closed here so had to fit an Item in different shop.. unbelievable bad service. So about the same story as other reviewers noticed in this location."

""Double charge!!!! Without proper attitude" I will give 0 star if I can. I am an international student and just wanted to find something for coming winter, and this store looks nice but in fact it's absolutely not as nice as it looks. I purchased 30 euro stuff by my credit card, and definitely my card is foreign card, which is required signature normally. The first time I swiped my card, I've clearly seen the "signature" shows on the screen, but no receipt came out, so the cashier said it was rejected and asked me to swipe again. Then, I've received charge notice twice via my phone, but the cashier and manager said they can't handle it because it is Saturday, and they will contact "headquarter" in Paris. I came back today, and talked to another staff, they were talking in a different way, and could be sure how long it will take. And also ask me to show the bank statement and they will mail to Paris. Aix basically is a tourism city, so if this happened to a tourist with no sense of double charge, it will be a issue to you definitely. So, ignore this store if you have substitutes."
