"Super pro. My Tissot watch was losing 5 minutes a week. The Pion store (where I'm a customer), after testing the battery and sending the watch to an expert center, diagnosed oxidation due to water damage. The repair cost was €180. After reading various reviews, I took my Tissot to Montre Station for a repair estimate. Diagnosis: No oxidation, just a new battery (cost €15), and my watch has been working perfectly ever since. They really think we're cash cows."

"I am very disappointed compared to my previous visits. I entrusted a silver pendant watch to them for repair. The mechanism and battery were indeed replaced, but when the watch was closed, disaster struck: the case was dented and, despite being straightened, left a mark. When the watch was closed again, it was crushed, deforming the bezel, and now it won't close! The only fix they offered was neoprene glue, which will need to be reapplied every time the battery is changed. There was no apology or even acknowledgment of the damage, even though the watch was entrusted to them in perfect condition. Professionalism seems to have vanished. I have no choice but to have my watch case repaired at a jeweler's at my own expense, after already paying for a substantial watch repair."
