"Disgusted by the behavior of a saleswoman in this store who, while I was trying on a pair of shoes with a rather short strap, allowed herself to comment "oh yes, that's a shoe for thin ankles", with such a haughty air that her colleague who was looking after me pointed out to her that it was not to be said (thanks to her, absolutely adorable), it also shocked the person who was accompanying me. My ankle measurement is 24 cm, in other words, it is a normal-sized ankle. What right does this person have to comment on the morphology of the store's customers? What's more, in a society where exclusion and judgment are less and less tolerated. It goes without saying that this saleswoman has tarnished the brand's image... Even if the young woman who looked after me was very kind and warm, the despicable behavior of her colleague did not make me want to buy the pair of shoes I coveted. Well done for the service and customer satisfaction."

"Unfortunately, I can't give it a 0/5. A saleswoman who gave my husband very, very bad advice. He couldn't walk 30 meters down the street, his shoes were too tight. In short, let's try not to return them but to exchange them for the next size up. Not only are I being laughed at, two saleswomen are laughing, but they're refusing to exchange them. The shoe was perfect, not worn out, not worn. I've been a customer for years, and I'm not going back."
