"WARNING!!!!!!! 2024 do not place any more orders at the store. They ask you for a bank transfer but then they do not order the goods. This is the situation that me and other customers present at the store today have been experiencing for months. My lawyer has tried in vain to contact the owner. The owner not only collects the money and does not carry out the order of the goods, but has no intention of making any type of refund. The sales assistant is very kind and helpless, she tries to respond politely to the customers. But she finds herself in an uncomfortable situation, being forced to transmit the information that the owner intends to be given to the customers, despite being aware of the character. THE OWNER is a criminal who does not realize the seriousness (psychiatric?) When the scam is pointed out to him, he responds annoyed.. as if he did not care and as if we were bothering him"

"Hugely disappointed and furious with the light fixtures we received, not because of the design, but because of the brightness. If you want a professional who listens, move on. We insisted on having light fixtures that provide sufficient lighting in dark rooms. We ended up with an expensive pendant light that doesn't provide enough light. Not to mention the second light fixture the manager had sold us as a fixture with bulbs to suit our needs. This wasn't the case, as we received a light fixture with an integrated LED neon light. I thought I was coming to a reputable professional, especially to receive appropriate advice, which wasn't the case at all."

"A lot of nice things, we have a good budget to furniture and decorate 300 sqm but with the way we were received in the store we quickly decided to spend our money elsewhere! I’m pretty sure we were judged based on appearance, we’d been in the park with our toddler and decided to get some shopping done, clearly not dressed up sufficiently for this store?! really thought sales people 2023 were smarter?! But hey, someone else had a great Saturday in terms of sales! 🤣"
