"Very negative review. I called about a simple SSD issue and was treated condescendingly from beginning to end. My tone was dismissive, my attitude arrogant, and I had absolutely no attempt to explain things clearly. Every question I asked received vague or even completely irrelevant answers. I definitely felt like I was bothering them rather than asking for help. An unpleasant and completely unprofessional experience. I do not recommend them."

"I had a MacBook repaired that was given to me where coffee or a drink was spilled on it, the battery no longer charged. He replaced the battery and the MacBook is working perfectly. I 100% recommend this shop. Thank you very much."
