"The shop is very pretty, but the service is completely unacceptable. I placed an order in-store for a size that wasn't available. The following week, I received a message saying the package had arrived, so I went to pick it up, only to be told my item had disappeared—the garment in question had been resold! Of course, I had already paid for it, so it had been sold twice! They simply offered to reorder it; no compensation was offered for my wasted trip from Marseille. The manager, who wasn't there in person but whom I spoke to on the phone, was extremely unpleasant, even though the shop was clearly responsible for the error. My first experience at this Aix-en-Provence store was very disappointing."

"A very bad experience for the second time: purchasing two items for €250. I have a cell phone in my hand, but they tell me they have everything on their computer: false!!! They charge me €5, even though an email from September 19th gave me 10% off my favorite item. Back in the store: I'm assured it's only on the website, but after checking, it's false!!!"

"A very bad experience in this store. The saleswoman pushed me to buy a dress, insisting it was the last size, without ever specifying the return conditions. The next day, they refused not only a refund, but also a credit note. They can only exchange it for another item. I don't want another item, just a refund. I really feel like they're ripping off their customers with this kind of business practice. In 2025, it's unacceptable to still have this kind of practice. Stay away."
