"Loyal customer for over 4 years. The live streams are great, and the products are nice. However, I think the team was overwhelmed by its success and the lack of any customer service is regrettable. For example, I ordered a set and a ring in April. The set was unavailable, so I only paid for shipping for the ring. The next package arrived, but it wasn't the product I ordered. So, I paid for shipping, but they refused to send the correct item after I returned the incorrect one, even though it was a birthday gift. Furthermore, sometimes the product composition is inaccurate. Finally, when there's a sale, the price of the item changes. Recently, a bag that was €40 went up to €70 during a sale. Be careful. Success is great, but you have to respect your customers."

"My first order on the website was very disappointing. I ordered a balaclava that I wanted in beige. I placed the order and realized I'd made a mistake by ordering it in gray; it's my fault so far. But I immediately added a comment to my order to request a color change during preparation, or if not, a cancellation, plus an email to customer service to notify me. I received a response 3 days later from customer service, telling me it was too late for the order to be sent, even though I thought comments were supposed to be read when the order was prepared. Given the already high shipping costs plus the return shipping costs, which are the customer's responsibility, I'm going to keep the product, otherwise the total shipping costs will be 50% of the item price... Plus, a very strong and unpleasant perfume smell when opening the product, which remains even after the first wash."
