"⭐☆☆☆☆ – Very disappointed by the product quality and especially by the customer service Six months ago, I bought two bags for my wife at the Les Petites Bombes store in Aix-les-Milles, in the Carrefour shopping center. One of the bags, worn only twice, broke at the strap seam. It's practically brand new, and my wife owns more than ten bags that she rotates regularly. This obvious manufacturing defect is unacceptable. But what shocked us most was the attitude of the store manager, whose complete lack of customer service I must emphasize. She didn't listen at all, spoke with a haughty, almost mocking tone on the phone, and took absolutely no responsibility. She told us that "that's just how it is" and that it was a decision made by management, without even bothering to look at the bag or call anyone. In reality, she did absolutely nothing, as if she simply didn't want to do her job. This unacceptable behavior gives a deplorable image of the brand. We felt condescending, and clearly, she's not suited for a position involving customer contact. In short: poor quality product + nonexistent customer service = an experience to avoid. We will never set foot in this store again, and we strongly advise against this brand."

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience in this store. I came with the intention of buying a pair of ankle boots, but I encountered a saleswoman whose behavior was completely inappropriate. When I asked for the size of a pair, she started laughing for no apparent reason and looked down on me, as if my request was absurd. I don't understand such an attitude, especially since I am naturally friendly and polite. Such disrespect towards customers is simply unacceptable. A store should offer a warm welcome and quality service, not a contemptuous attitude. I left very angry, which is a shame, because I liked the brand. One thing is certain: I will never set foot in this store again."

"A very disappointing experience. The saleswoman and, I assume, the manager were not at all friendly, accommodating, or understanding, especially during this holiday season and recession. Completely inflexible. I see that many people share this opinion! I won't be going back."
