"A loyal customer of LPB stores, the behavior of the manager (although a woman in her fifties) Aurelia almost made me desert this brand because of her behavior with my daughter and her more than inappropriate remark which allows herself to judge a social status. It is unfortunate to say but I think that the closure before the cap is beneficial for this lady (and her 2 pseudo saleswomen) who must be put away from the customers. On the other hand, the young woman from Palmeray Maya, can really represent the brand because of her professionalism, her smile, her kindness and her real customer service! "A joy! Two shops not far from each other but diametrically opposed. Indeed, the shop in the gallery before the cap, 2 saleswomen (Lolita and another young one) without training, do not hold the same speech in front of the customer, 0 sales pitch in short interns and a manager whose words unpleasant, mediocre, liar, and so on are not strong enough to describe the character of Madame (it seems from her words that we are not from the same social background) Aurélia. And on the other side the shop of the Palmeraye with a young woman Maya who has all the qualities for the business! Smiling, pleasant, kind, friendly, helpful in short a woman who has the shoulders to be more than a saleswoman! Bravo to her for saving the image of the brand in the sector! Thanks to her alone I will come back to the shop!"

"My first visit or every time we go to Avant Cap and a very nice surprise!!! Very good prices whether on down jackets, jeans, tops, bags, shoes which concern the old collection and the saleswoman very pleasant and very professional and I will come back with pleasure... too bad there were no advertisements for this store."

"As a loyal customer of the store for years, I found the prices to be more competitive in previous years. However, the sales associates are very friendly and welcoming, especially ANGELA (my favorite). 😊 Try reviewing your prices, that's my only criticism of the store."
