"My mother just ordered a doll online from their website for Christmas. It arrived without a tag or any packaging—so much for hygiene, considering these are dolls meant for young children! I imagine it must be the display model. Wanting a brand new doll with a tag and in its original packaging, my mother was only offered the option of returning the doll at her own expense for a refund. In short, we're going to order another doll from a different website, and I wouldn't recommend this shop."

"Terrible, Accused my 4 year old daughter of stealing a doll, someone (an employee?) grabbed her doll out of her stroller and ran, had to be chased into the store. We showed them pictures of her with the doll from previous days, as well some tourists in the store said they saw us up the road previously with the doll, shocking and terrible treatment I do not recommend at all."

"This store looks absolutely superb! To my great regret, we're from Haute-Savoie, so we're not close enough to visit... However, I found what I was looking for on the website: a super-cool swim vest, which wasn't available anywhere else in my daughter's size. Ordered on Tuesday, received on Thursday, WONDERFUL! Thank you again for your professionalism; it's superb. Maybe I'll be back in your area one of these days. Keep up the good work 🫶🏻"

The shop is simply magnificent: each item is tastefully chosen, the quality is impeccable, and the selection is truly original, perfect for children and gifts.
