"Not honest! We bought pillowcases, asking at the time of purchase if we could return them because we weren't sure of the color. The saleswoman confirmed twice that there would be no problem because the product wasn't on sale and as long as it was in its packaging. Indeed, they didn't fit. We brought them back the next day, still in their packaging, exactly as they left the store. The saleswoman suddenly changed her mind, we had to negotiate for 10 minutes and then she had to call her management to get a refund! Not acceptable, we won't be going back."
