"Thank you for the local service. However, if the parcel service doesn't suit the business owner, they should stop offering it, rather than making customers travel for nothing. So I handed over a parcel for shipping, and that's when the trouble started. The person seemed confused, hesitated, then took my parcel with a sigh, followed by a ludicrous explanation, telling me that parcels would now be refused (??). My parcel then remained stuck at this business for six days, as they couldn't find it and claimed to have shipped it… Chronopost should address this problem, which is clearly recurring."

"Excellent parcel relay, practical and efficient. The person is always friendly and smiling. The press is well stocked, with a good selection of books for adults and children. Very good local business."

"1 star because you can't give it a zero. Package not to be delivered here, package lost according to the manager, refuses to provide a document specifying that she doesn't have one (which in itself doesn't engage her responsibility; it's just factual if this is true). Unfriendly, too, which doesn't help matters. Also note from the press that credit cards are not accepted below a certain amount, which is inconvenient. Avoid."

"Extremely unpleasant person to pick up a package... especially if they can't find it. Avoid parcel handling."

"It's advertised on all websites as a PickUp Point with on-site printing, but they refuse to do it. You really have to insist to get this shopkeeper to even bring out her printer... what a shame. Stop offering parcel pickup if it bothers you so much!"
