"A great selection of bags, attractive prices for end of line items (-50%). What a shame that the saleswoman didn't even make the effort to say hello and goodbye. I know that many people prefer to be left alone, but a little smile to welcome us is still nice 😊"

"I went in to buy a bag, and I changed my mind!!! A saleswoman behind the counter, glued to her phone, her eyes fixed on it, barely a hello/or goodbye!!!! If customers and sales aren't a priority, maybe you should change jobs or brush up on the basics?! I absolutely do not recommend this store."

"We came to buy a bag that I really liked, it's a shame that when we entered the store they stopped talking, so there was a big blank in the store, they didn't come and offer us any advice, we felt like they were really bothering us and staring at us. So we bought the bag online... too bad..."

"Very disappointed. The two young saleswomen don't even say hello, offer no advice, and talk behind us. They're sulking, as if they don't want to greet us. If they don't like their job, they should leave. Honestly, they can't work in customer service. Yet, the store has a wide selection of bags/leather goods. Please improve the reception and service!"
