"Maybe it's a lack of time, but after several phone calls I'm still waiting for the call from the gentleman, who is friendly by the way. I wanted to reserve speakers but the person was supposedly unreachable. So too bad I found somewhere else."

"After 18 months, I still haven't received my speaker stands. No response from the manager or refund of the difference. A lack of professionalism in customer management. I do not recommend it."
