"Visited on December 10th around 11:30 AM. The service was appalling: contemptuous, aggressive, and defamatory. We completely agree with all the negative reviews. The woman upstairs is simply awful, and the cashier is very aggressive. As for the cashier, if he doesn't like the look of you, he'll give you a hard time for fifteen minutes. He treats customers unequally; we've noticed this several times now. He greets some customers and ignores others. It's the same at checkout; he can be very pleasant with one customer and awful with another. He even went so far as to accuse us of changing prices and tearing clothes to get a discount, as if we had nothing better to do! Apparently, we're not the only ones this man is unjustly accusing. What a disgrace, what an outrage! Sir, accusations always reveal more about the person making them than the person receiving them. In other words, "It takes one to know one." What you are doing is very serious; it is defamatory and could lead to legal action. Several customers have stopped coming because of you. But what is management doing? These two people have no place at Emmaus. They should leave as soon as possible and make way for respectful and caring volunteers, volunteers who treat all customers equally."

"The Aix store was OK, but not great. However, the furniture delivery service from Cabries is very, very average. I don't recommend the delivery service!"
