"I had a daith piercing done at this salon in perfect conditions: sterile equipment, a very clean environment, precise work, and clear explanations. Even though I later developed an infection (which had nothing to do with the piercer's work or the salon's hygiene), he was extremely professional and attentive. He reassured me, saw me several times to make sure everything was okay, and supported me without ever making me feel guilty. A rare follow-up, great kindness, and a true sense of service. "My daughter had her ears pierced at Hoya today. What a fantastic experience all round. Staff was super knowledgeable, hygiene is definitely their top priority and the welcoming and service were second to none! Can highly recommend! Amazing!"
