"Appalling service. I arrived at 3:55 PM after leaving work at 3:30 PM. The person there was unpleasant. She repeatedly criticized me for arriving at the last minute, constantly repeating that she was tired, that she had worked all week... So that's it for me, I won't be taking the time to drop off my donations at the charity shop anymore."

"When I see the bad reviews, I'm relieved... I myself brought several bags of clothes several weeks ago, ALL IN VERY GOOD CONDITION, and I left with almost all of them... Between the sorting the staff has to do for themselves and the clothes they have to take back for sale in the store, so few are actually returned... it's a disgrace, especially when you see the prices of the clothes in their shops; it's unaffordable for those on a tight budget... I'm not surprised that SHEIN and TEMU are so popular."

"Friendly welcome, some designer clothes, at a reasonable price, rather classic style, it's a small shop, it may lack a little choice. But it's worth the detour ☺️"

"Very disappointed with the welcome today. Announced closing at 4:15 p.m. online, but closed at 4 p.m. on site, and new instructions for sorting clothes, which, in my opinion, is the complete opposite of the service an organization that resells donations should provide. I left with my bags. La Fibre Solidaire has lost a regular donor and a regular in-store buyer."

"Very warm welcome. It is normal that the clothes are sorted because the clothes must be correct to be sold. The welcome was very pleasant. I go back there as soon as I have clothes to give away for several years now."
