"This store offers a very wide selection of quality products. However, I encountered several difficulties. Coffee cups were discontinued after a year, making them impossible to replace due to breakage. Similarly, for a broken square dinner plate that I wanted to replace, and for which the unit price was displayed, the establishment required the purchase of 12 plates. I should point out that all these items had been purchased from this establishment. Furthermore, the person in charge was completely nonchalant. In short, Morcrette is losing a customer."

"The most execrable service I have ever received. In particular, make sure your dishes are well packaged, this service really leaves something to be desired. If they don't do it well, ask them to do their job properly. If something breaks, you risk having to pay for your dishes again. Furthermore, the woman, who claims to be the store manager, treats the good customers who keep it alive in an unfriendly manner and has completely deplorable business sense.
