"At what point do you tell a customer sent from the second store who had a damaged scarf in stock: when there's a thread on a scarf, you cut it? I think this elderly lady (the manager, I think) should come to terms with it and make way for younger, more cheerful people motivated by customer service. A haughty, unfriendly person; in short, I won't recommend this store to you again, and I'll never go back!!!!"
