"I was there late in the day on December 24th to have a watch repaired that didn't come from them. I was very well received and left with a repaired watch. It was a bit of a tinkering, okay, but the jeweler offered me the repair free of charge! I find this remarkable and confirms what my mother, a customer for some time, has been telling me: this is an excellent place! The next piece of jewelry I buy will come from this store!
