"This shop closes early! I went at lunchtime and it was closed before 12:30, and the same in the evening, closed before 7:30. If you're hoping to get in even 10 minutes before closing time, forget it. Completely unprofessional."

"It's important to be upfront when things aren't right: the work was mediocre and nowhere near the standard one expects from a shoemaker. A heel and a bag were repaired; both had to be taken over by someone else."

"A beautiful representation of amateur work with a 3 week wait. I wasn't aware of having taken the glue option, it was everywhere. I think the sewing was done after an aperitif. €65 for embroidery trainee work. Looking forward to not seeing you again."

"3 months to redo the soles of the boots. The sole wasn't even glued to the inside. The leather was stained at the base. Unpleasant when you face it. Let's keep people guessing, saying it would be done soon. Came back 3 times. In the end, 3 months have passed. A €15 discount had to be requested when it should have been offered. Shameful."
