"How can a business like this even exist?! They sold me a Ducati Scrambler 400 fender two months ago, even though I ordered one for an 800. It's impossible to fit or adapt it. No one answers emails, and there's no phone number. €180 down the drain! Avoid this place at all costs! Don't buy anything from this shop."

"I recently bought a GSG Alu front brake reservoir supposedly compatible with Nissin master cylinders. But unfortunately I can't mount it on my Nissin master cylinder because the bleed screw is in the way. I contacted Krax Moto service several times, and several days ago, to inform them of my mishap via their chatbot, internet messaging and then voicemail. To date, no response. So I do not recommend this company."

"Seeing the comments, I was scared, but for me personally, I'd say it's very good. My clog order came in bulk, three weeks... Okay, they don't answer the phone, but I sent an email, a response the next day, then an email telling me it was on its way, so great... And what I ordered, zero complaints. Thank you."

"I ordered in July and received the two master cylinders without much delay. The only problem! They're not the same color. However, they are clearly the same color on the website. I'm desperately trying to contact them to ask for a return or a solution. I've sent several emails with no response. I've been trying to call for two months, but no one answers, or it's a recorded message. The chat is useless. What should I do? I'm reading the comments to see that I'm unfortunately not the only one having problems! I created a Google account just to write this message to have the hope of a response!"

"To begin with, the Krax store sells quality products at very competitive prices. After several purchases, I've never been disappointed. Having recently lost a bar end, Max took the time to read my request, respond, and trust me... which is unfortunately becoming very rare today. A few weeks later, I received a box with two brand new bar ends for free...this store is truly top-notch and has a biker spirit!!! I recommend it 100%."
