"I do not recommend making your own bracelets... I received a gift for my 25th birthday at the beginning of November, and a week later, the bracelet broke. A very kind saleswoman exchanged it under warranty, and I even added some charms. Unfortunately, two weeks later, the bracelet has broken AGAIN!!! Even though the chain style was different. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED... I'll have to go back a second time... for a one in three chance of receiving a poor-quality piece of jewelry... which was also expensive (€40 to €60)."

"A very pleasant young saleswoman, who gets told off by her very unpleasant colleague, who ends up coming to take the cash and wrap my gifts. The saleswoman took the liberty of ripping off the packaging of the pair of socks; it was a gift, so the customer can never exchange it if they don't like it. I've rarely felt so uncomfortable in a store. Good luck to this young saleswoman, who seems to be the only one guiding customers to the sale."

"I buy some jewelry but I had a problem with a ring and there is a one year warranty but the boss refused to change or repair the product. be careful the promise is not kept in my case."
