"I've been going to Kiabi Les Milles since I was little. The new Kiabi is very nice, no complaints about the clothes, etc. However, one member of staff was really quite unpleasant—a woman in her fifties or older, blonde hair, with a raspy voice (employee "CRIC" on the receipt). She wasn't smiling, was rushed, and very disagreeable. I was so shocked by her attitude at the checkout that I decided to leave a review. She spoke to me in a completely inappropriate tone and spoke to other employees in the same way in front of me. Frankly, it's a shame. Kiabi is a family-run store, and I think the clientele in Aix-en-Provence is very different from that of Marseille or Plan de Campagne, so this woman should consider herself lucky to be in an environment like La Pioline, manager or not..."
