"I had a silver bracelet engraved with my son's name by them, purchased 1 year and 6 months ago. The bracelet is already broken!! I just went to their store today to ask if the warranty is valid, but NO, the saleswoman is looking down on me and categorically refusing to exchange the bracelet. No goodwill gesture, nothing! Too late, the warranty is over; it's only 1 year! She just told me I'd have to pay for a repair at their store.
