"Very disappointed with this shop. Never any stock… It's completely baffling. And when they offer to have the down jacket sent from another shop, they ask you to pay for it in full… uh… well no, I want to try it on first… and so, the woman refused to send it. Oh well, I went to Marseille instead… never again to this shop. It really feels like they don't want to sell anything… what a shame."

"I went into the Jott store on Allées Provençales to look at the items and was given a very poor reception by the sales assistant, who was very curt and, most importantly, didn't greet me either when I arrived or left. Completely unprofessional, I have no desire to go back, what a shame!"

"The store is not open during opening hours, I came on Sunday at 1 p.m. and it was closed even though it is supposed to be open according to the official website and Google, very disappointed even though I wanted to buy a new down jacket...I won't come back if it's to waste my time"
